Paco Rabanne Couture Couture long dress acquired from the Paco Rabanne Archives.
Authentic circa 1965 Paco Rabanne long evening dress fashioned of small circular gold metal discs with attached jump rings. During this time the availability of Rhodoid plastic allowed Rabanne to fashion this gown with an overlay of round dimensional plastic iridescent disc like petals creating an dramatic dressy effect. Depending on how the light hit the garment it sparkled and dazzled the eye. Sleeveless halter style with plunging neckline extending into a straight skirt with open back and high back kickpleat.
