Yves Saint Laurent Fall 2007 black silk gown distinctly reminiscent of the 1940's and 50's creations of Jean Desses with an updated twist. Fitted halter a la "the shelf bust" including hand pleated silk organza bustline panel; hand pleated skirt in a swirling effect with bubble hemline. Fashioned of rich jet black silk/satin and silk chiffon. Fully lined. Double covered button closure at neckline. A wonderful creative design merging old with new for just the right eye catching look.
