Exquisite halter sheath fashioned of silver jacquard silk taffeta. A rare design by Helga showcasing the extreme glamour of 1940's Old Hollywood. Fitted halter bodice with criss-cross overlapping pleating at bustline encircling around and fastening at back waistband. Fitted sheath with high back kick pleat featuring long dramatic full train.
Helga (Oppenheimer) started Helga, Inc in Los Angeles, with her husband, in 1947. Helga was known for designing high-end couture fashions. Her fashions were also sold at Saks and Neiman Marcus. Bust: to 36"; waist: 28"; hips: 36-38"; front length: 56"; back length: 60" Condition: excellent  |
