Rare Traina-Norell Couture gown fashioned of yards and yards of billowing silk chiffon in a soft shade of aquamarine blue. Typical of the 1940's style with exceptional design detail by Norman Norell. Spaghetti strap ruched bodice with waistline enhanced by matching belt. Voluminous layers of skirt with a watteau backed double train. Exceptional style and tailoring details, a la Parisian haute couture; a signature of the noted American designer, Norman Norell.
