When Madeleine Vionnet founded the House of Vionnet in Paris , 1912 few could have predicted the revolutionary impact she would have on fashion. Her bias cut dresses and fluid draped looks created a signature style that is still used today in modern fashion. The design house has been revived by creative director, Rodolfo Pagialunga, formerly of Prada. The result for summer 2009 are beautiful ethereal feminine dresses that are timlessly elegant.
