About Marilyn

Born in New York City, Marilyn was exposed to fashion at an early age. As a child she watched her grandmother create and sew clothes and, at the age of 8, was given a fashion design kit by her mother.

Experience
She worked for the William Morris Agency (NY) reporting directly to the head of the Motion Picture Dept and, as an agent, she gained professional high level exposure to, and hands-on experience in, all aspects of the entertainment business including theatre, music, TV and motion pictures. When the New York motion picture dept was disbanded in 1987 she relocated to Los Angeles and took the opportunity to become involved in another of her primary passions ... fashion.
